Enchanting nails Policy and Terms

Appointments and Cancellations:

  • Moving or cancelling appointments: We kindly request that you move or cancel appointments as soon as possible, if necessary. You can arrange this yourself up to 24 hours before the appointment via the confirmation email you received. For cancellations within 24 hours before the appointment, 70% of the treatment will be charged.

  • Arrive on time: We will take your arrival into account and ensure that your spot is reserved for you. We will allow you to arrive a maximum of 10 minutes after the scheduled time. If you arrive after this time, the full amount of the treatment will be charged. If possible, we will still help you, but a “late arrival” fee of €15 will be charged.

  • Let us know if you are coming late or cannot come: It is important that you inform us in time if you cannot come or arrive late. If we do not receive a message, 100% of the treatment will be charged.

  • Pets: For hygienic reasons, it is not allowed to bring dogs or other pets to the salon. Also, our neighbor dog Coco is very fond of her home base.

General:

  • Nail guarantee: If there is a problem with your nails within 7 days after treatment, we will help you free of charge. Of course, we assume that no problems will arise.

  • Health and hygiene: If we find any signs of a fungal or bacterial infection on your nails, we will immediately stop treatment and refer you to your GP.

  • Work from other salons: We do not fill in work from other salons. When a new treatment is carried out, we first remove the old set and then place a new set to prevent chemical reactions and infections.

  • Loss or damage to property: Enchanting Nails is not liable for loss or damage of personal property. We advise you to bring valuables into the salon. Place them at a distance to avoid nail polish accidents.

Aftercare:

  • Nail Care: Use cuticle oil at least twice a day to keep nails supple and prevent lifting.

  • Nail Discoloration: Smoking and eating highly colored foods or using certain paints can lead to nail discoloration.

  • Wear Gloves: Wear gloves when working with water to protect your nails.

First time BIAB:
For a first BIAB treatment, we recommend a follow-up appointment 2 to 3 weeks after the first treatment. Your nails will adapt to the product during this period, which can lead to small edges that come loose. We will then fill the set, after which you can plan monthly or as desired.
